OUR PRODUCTS
Medimetal’s comprehensive product range offers complete surgical systems for the most common fracture types with unique surgical instrument sets, surgical techniques and a complete range of implants. The portfolio includes further, conventional elements that are, rather than being parts of various specific surgical systems, suitable for use in day-to-day practice in themselves or as important accessories. Our products are made from titanium alloy and stainless steel raw materials and are also available in sterile condition.
You can access our implants for a specific body part either by clicking on the corresponding part on the image or through the menu bar.
CE AND ISO CERTIFIED
QUALITY
Quality is at the very heart of our every activity, underlying our business processes, way of thinking, operation and manufacturing. Every single Medimetal human product meets the European Union’s requirements regarding medical devices and is, accordingly, CE certified. Moreover, we apply an ISO 13485:2016 certified quality management system in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling our products.
IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
TECHNOLOGY
Our products are manufactured nearly exclusively in-house by our experienced workforce, for which the stainless steel and titanium alloy raw materials are provided by market leader suppliers. The technological background is formed by world-class Swiss, German and Japanese precision machines: TORNOS and STAR turning machines, DMG work centers, and Monnier-Zahner thread milling machines that are excellent both for serial- and custom manufacturing.
IMPLANTS FOR PETS
VETERINARY ORTHOPEDICS
Besides our core business in human medicine, we have also been manufacturing veterinary implants since 2003. Products are developed in close cooperation with Hungarian, US and British veterinary partners; while manufacturing relies on solid human medicine foundations with regards to technology, raw materials and the world-class machinery.
